Who We Are
UpHi is the opposite of a corporate chain — we’re a neighbourhood shop built by locals for locals. Our team is made up of people who love cannabis, love the community, and bring that energy into every conversation.
As a licensed Ontario cannabis retailer, we follow AGCO and Health Canada rules to keep our customers safe and informed. Every team member receives training and support to confidently answer questions, educate new shoppers, and uphold responsible cannabis-use standards.

Roles at UpHi
We hire for a few key positions across both locations:
Budtenders
The heart of UpHi — educators, guides, and the first friendly face customers meet. You help people understand formats, strengths, effects, and safe use.
Store Leads
Support the team, maintain store standards, and help with day-to-day operations.
Managers
Ensure compliance, staff support, product flow, and overall store excellence.
Even if a position isn’t open right now, strong candidates are always welcome to reach out.
