CBD

What types of cannabis do you carry?

Can I bring cannabis on a plane?
Yes, you can bring weed on a plane within Canada. The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) allows you to travel with up to 30 grams of dried cannabis or its equivalent in other forms, such as cannabis oil or edibles. You can carry the cannabis in your carry-on or checked baggage.
However, there are a few things to keep in mind:
You must be at least 19 years old to possess or consume cannabis in Canada;
You cannot consume cannabis on the plane or in any other public place;
You cannot bring cannabis outside of Canada (by plane, boat, car, truck, pogo stick etc);
It is also important to note that some airlines may have their own policies on cannabis travel. It is always best to check with your airline before you fly.
What's the deal with cars and cannabis?
Our official stance is: Don’t drive stoned.
Now, when it comes to cannabis possession in a vehicle, you and your friends are allowed to drive with 30g of weed (or 450g of edibles and 7.5g of concentrate) in a car. As per the Highway Traffic Act, cannabis must be stored in the trunk, an exterior compartment on the vehicle or another space in the vehicle designed for the carriage of goods or baggage that is not readily accessible to any person in the vehicle. In a nutshell, wait until you get home to smoke that pre-roll from UpHi Cannabis in St. Catharines.
As for actually smoking cannabis in a car, don’t do it. In the majority of Canadian territories — no, you’re not allowed to consume cannabis in a car. It’s illegal to smoke in a vehicle both for the driver and the passengers. That rule also applies to medical marijuana users as well.
The only exception in some territories is if the vehicle is being used as a dwelling — like an RV —and that vehicle is parked and being used as a dwelling at the time. Make sure to check whether the campsite allows it!

What's the difference between THC and CBD?
THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol) are the two most abundant cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. There are a few main differences between them:
- Molecular Structure: While THC and CBD molecules each contain 30 hydrogen atoms, 21 carbon atoms, and 2 carbon atoms, they are arranged in a different way. This molecular difference makes them interact with the body in different ways.

Afraid not. Cannabis in Ontario is pretty strict and accepting a photo of ID is a huge no-no. Your proof of age has to be a physical piece of government issued ID that clearly displays your photo, birthdate and name. Now put that picture of your older brother’s ID away.
